If you've ever been to Vegas, you know the gross & sick feeling you have in the morning after a much-too long night of dancing, drinking, eating.  Yeah, that's how I feel right now.  Tots gross.

Ms. Toronto Runner has inspired me to get in a a$$ kicking workout this morning.
But first...

This little one is begging to go out for a walk.  Yep, that's her Christmas garb.  She's a little ahead of schedule :P  

Most importantly though, I want to recognize and express my gratitude for all of those serving and who have served our country, in the pursuit of preserving what we are continually able to recognize as God given rights and liberties.
